Fee's​
Richlands Medical Centre has moved to mixed billing. This means that we may charge a fee on top of Medicare for consultations, both face-to-face and telehealth.
Dr Angela Bowman and Dr Leo Schneider-Fensky's patients who are over 16 and without a Health Care/Pension Card will no longer be bulk billed. All of Dr Angela Bowman, Dr Edward Kwok, Dr Loreta Blanco and Dr Leo Schneider-Fensky's patients booked on Saturdays will be privately billed.
Dr Edward Kwok, Dr Loreta Blanco and Dr Farron Young may continue to Bulk Bill their regular patients on weekdays.
